HALUSATWIN: A LITTLE ABOUT ME

The Mind Behind the Music

Hi, My name is Steve Collins, AKA HalusaTwin, Xel, HalTechre and JetBlack. I am an experimental Electronic musician who loves to try new things, create music in various different styles and meet that next challenge.

I have been a life long fan of all music, and genre styles.

My most favorite style is Theme and Soundtrack as that lends its self to many other genre's within.

I started making music back when I was 18 after studying music at high school, on my cousin's PC. I was a massive fan of theme tunes and soundtracks, from Movies to TV shows. The most notably being Dragon Ball Z's Bruce Faulconer Soundtrack.

After creating my own original music on various different programs I found my style was heavily influenced by 80's Synth Wave styles mixed with Heavy Rock. Linkin Park and KoRn are probably my biggest influences as far as the Heavy Guitar style themes I currently create.

Being a huge Dragon Ball Z fan I started my first YouTube Channel in 2006 featuring many different Theme's and Song's but mostly consisting of DBZ Covers and Originals based on the Show.

Many years later, I'm still creating Dragon Ball style theme's, Cover's and my own Original Custom tracks. I've worked with some of the best and brilliant musician's on YouTube such as Scott Morgan, 94Stones and even JB Coleman (The Voice Of Prince Vegeta/YouTube impersonator) as well as help guide, and help other aspiring musical artists.

I have performed live on stage in local clubs as well as online through YouTube's broadcast system, and received fair ratings for each piece of work created.

Recently HalusaTwin performed along side SSJ at KamehaCon, the first EVER Dragon Ball Convention.
